Meet your Coach

Hi! I’m Kira Golden

I’m a nutritional practitioner, and Certified Metabolic Balance Coach.

By pairing the science behind the Metabolic Balance program, with my four pillars of health; nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management, I am able to work with individuals to achieve optimal body weight, hormonal balance, and sustainable lifestyle change.

I know what it feels like to struggle with weight loss and to want to feel better overall — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Stress, fatigue, low energy, and a constant feeling of frustration became part of my “normal,” even though deep down I knew something wasn’t right.

Like many people, I tried different approaches over the years. Some worked temporarily, but nothing felt sustainable or truly supportive of my lifestyle. I was doing “all the right things,” yet the results never lasted — and I began to accept symptoms that weren’t actually normal for a woman my age.

Everything changed when I decided to stop guessing and start learning. For the first time, I worked with a professional — not just to lose weight, but to understand what was happening in my body and why. Through education and the Metabolic Balance program, I learned how personalized nutrition directly impacts hormones, metabolism, energy, and overall health.

That knowledge changed my life. I lost over 30 pounds, my energy returned, my cravings settled, and I developed a level of clarity and confidence around food I’d never experienced before. More importantly, I felt like myself again — balanced, grounded, and in control of my health.

I live this approach while balancing a demanding career, a full personal life, and real-world responsibilities. If I can do this within a busy, real life — so can you. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others experience the same sense of clarity, empowerment, and sustainable change.

My mission is to support individuals

Who This Is For

If you’re reading this, it’s likely because you’ve been there. You’ve tried plans in the past that didn’t work, or your body is sending you signals that something needs to change.

You don’t need more noise — you need a plan. One that integrates seamlessly into your lifestyle, feels realistic, offers balance, and actually works.

The good news? You’re capable of feeling your best — and sometimes, all you need is the right guidance. That’s where I come in.

My Approach

I work with clients in a way that removes the guesswork and simplifies the process. There’s no trial-and-error, no conflicting advice, and no generic plans.

Everything is personalized and designed to integrate into your life in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. Metabolic Balance provides a clear, individualized framework, and my role is to guide, support, and adjust along the way — so you always know what to do and why you’re doing it.

This approach is about clarity, consistency, and confidence — not willpower or motivation alone.

What this means for you

I live this approach myself while balancing a demanding career, a full personal life, and everyday responsibilities. I understand how easy it is to put yourself last, which is why my approach is designed to work within real life — not against it

You don’t need more information — you need a plan that works, and I can help you build it.

What This Work Is Not

This work is not about restriction, extremes, or chasing quick fixes. It’s not about perfection, guilt, or white-knuckling your way through a plan.

Instead, it’s about creating a clear, structured approach that works for your body — one that feels balanced, realistic, and sustainable long term.
